Nationally Recognised and Accredited Certificate
Both the Certificate IV in Building & Construction (CPC40120) and Diploma of Building & Construction (CPC50220) qualifications are recognised across Australia.
Builder’s Licences are only recognised in the state you registered with, so you will need to apply for a new licence if you want to work in a new state. However, you will not need to repeat these qualifications they are accredited no matter where you choose to work in the country.

Dual Qualification
This course is delivered online via Zoom. Study made to work for you – whether you are combining study with a full-time job, balancing life commitments, or need to further your education to achieve career goals. All course content, resources, and materials can be easily accessed at any time, and our trainers are always available to provide online support to you when necessary.

- Students are expected to have a general understanding of Building & Construction.
- Students need to complete an LLN test to demonstrate a satisfactory level of language, literacy, and numeracy (LLN) abilities.
- Classes are delivered online via Zoom. Students must have a laptop, computer, or smartphone available, as well as internet access.
